We are happy to announce that we have received the Green Key certificate.

Our company is committed to sustainable development by taking responsibility for minimizing environmental impact, supporting local communities, and promoting economic well-being in a sustainable and ethical manner. This policy outlines our pledge to reduce CO2 emissions, eliminate plastic usage, and optimize resource usage across all our operations.

Our goal is not only to meet environmental regulations but also to exceed them by working with stakeholders, employees, and suppliers to create a lasting and positive impact on both the planet and society. We base our activities on the Responsible Business (CSR) policy and values of the Accor hotel chain.

Environmental Responsibility

We acknowledge that our operations affect the environment, and we are committed to reducing this impact by adopting sustainable practices. Our environmental sustainability focuses on three main areas: reducing our carbon footprint, using resources efficiently, and eliminating single-use plastics.

Reducing CO2 Footprint

Energy efficiency:
We are committed to reducing our energy consumption by adopting energy-efficient technologies and processes.

Carbon-neutral goals: By optimizing our operations, supply chain, and transportation methods, we aim to significantly reduce CO2 emissions.

Monitoring greenhouse gas emissions: We regularly monitor and report our greenhouse gas emissions.

Resource Conservation and Waste Management

Water conservation: We implement water-saving technologies such as low-flow faucets and showers, and regularly monitor water consumption to reduce overall usage.

Efficient use of materials: Our goal is to reduce raw material usage by prioritizing recycled and environmentally friendly materials.

Waste reduction and sorting: We are dedicated to continuously reducing the amount of waste we generate and actively sorting waste. Our goal is to increase recycling rates and reduce waste sent to landfills. All employees receive relevant training and are provided opportunities to participate in waste sorting and recycling activities. We also ensure that our waste management complies with local and international environmental standards.

Food waste reduction: The company tackles food waste in the hotel by using solutions tailored to the type of restaurant and continually adjusting menus and portion sizes.

Plastic-free hotel: We are committed to eliminating the use of single-use plastics in our operations. We replace plastic products with biodegradable, compostable, or reusable alternatives and collaborate with suppliers to offer plastic-free products.

Efficient use and monitoring of resources: Our company is dedicated to the sustainable and efficient use of all resources, whether it’s water, energy, or other materials.

Raising environmental awareness and training: We consider it extremely important to involve the company, the team, and guests in more sustainable practices. Our goal is to raise environmental awareness by providing necessary information and training to both guests and employees. Guests are informed about eco-friendly choices and recommendations during their stay at our facilities, while employees receive ongoing training to implement the best environmental practices in their work. We aim to collaborate with all stakeholders to create a more sustainable future and inspire eco-friendly decision-making at all levels.
